Instructors
Don Widmayer
Don is the Director of Education and Professional Development for the school, and is licensed currently in Florida as an instructor and Real Estate Broker. He also has an Instructor and Broker License in Virginia. Becoming licensed in 1983, gives him over 26 years of experience in real estate. Don's experience includes running his own real estate company in Virginia that included building log homes,property management, and listing and selling homes
Don started teaching in Virginia Beach part time in 1997. He taught the pre-license course for sales associates for Long & Foster Realtors and he taught for the local association of realtors. Don was also an MLS instructor and taught computer related courses.
Don has taught, Pre-License classes for Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers, as well as Post Licensing classes for both Sales Associates and Brokers, Review and Prep courses and Calculator classes. He has taught Property Management, Broker Management, Investment Analysis, Professional Assistant. He also is teaching the NAR Ethics class and Florida's 14 hour Continuing Education classes at local Associations of Realtors.
He has been President of his Home Owners Association and Commander of the Port St. Lucie Power Squadron(A boat safety organization).
Don is not an "all work and no play" kind of guy. One of his passions is sailing. "Every opportunity that I have, I go out on the water"

Tom Clausing
Tom is currently a commercial appraiser with LandAmerica Valuation Corporation in Palm Beach Gardens. He holds licensures as a Certified General Appraiser, General Appraisal Instructor, Real Estate Instructor and as a Real Estate Broker. Tom graduated from Marquette University with a BA in History & English and from Indiana University with an MS in Education. thclausing@comcast.net
Dick Diamond
Dick Diamond is a professional in the residential lending business and has over eight years experience as a Loan Officer both with major banks and with brokers. His experience includes business ownership of an executive recruiting firm and a training company and was in financial planning and insurance manaement (as an Associate Regional Manger with New York Life Insurance Co.) prior to becoming a bank executive and entering the mortgage business. In addition to teaching for American Business College, he is an Adjunct Professor for Indian River Community College.
His educational background includes a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rhodes College and graduate studies in Mangement and Law.
He currently has licenses in the State of Florida as a Morgage Broker and an Insurance Agent.

Greg Weil
Greg is a real estate Broker and instructor. Before beginning his career in real estate, Greg was a senior software instructor with Automatic Data Processing in San Ramon,CA. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Greg earned his BBA degree from Florida Atlantic University.
